Terms & Conditions
- Rates are subject to change and may vary for events beyond our control,
such as changes in taxes.
- Payments in U.S. Dollars.
- Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard.
- 20% deposit per person non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival,
due within 14 days of confirmation. Balance payable 45 days prior to
arrival.
- Reservations made and confirmed less than 45 days prior to arrival
are payable in full upon receipt of confirmation.
- Once booking is confirmed, there will be a $20.00 charge for each
change.
- Unused portions of accommodations, meals and activities are non-refundable.
- All boat itineraries are weather and conditions permitting at Captain's
discretion.
- All dives are at Dive Master's discretion.
- Caribbean Jimmy's Dive Resort will not be responsible for any loss
of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay or
during your participation in our activities.
- Caribbean Jimmy's Dive Resort will not accept responsibility for any
delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly
or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of
flights, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government,
or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
- We strongly recommend that you take a comprehensive travel insurance
policy at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying
you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death,
loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
